Cancellations/Refunds:
This policy pertains to the 2022 Eco-Discovery Camp season.
Cancellations
Please contact us by email as soon as you know your child can no longer attend so the space can be made available for other children.
Refunds
-A full refund will be given if cancellation request is made at least three weeks (21 days or more) prior to the start date of your camp week
-A 50% refund will be given if the cancellation request is made between 14 and 20 days prior to the start of your camp week.
-No refunds will be given if the cancellation request is made less than 14 days prior to the start date of your camp week*.
*Please do not send your child to camp if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 10 days. Full refunds will be issued for a positive COVID-19 test taken within 10 days of the first day of camp. If the camper has already started a week of camp then the refunds will be prorated. Written proof of a positive rapid antigen test, a positive PCR test, or a written note from a physician will be required for refunds.
