SUMMARY:Make Your Own Bird Roosting Shelter
DESCRIPTION:Calling all kids who want to help their backyard birds stay warm this winter! Join us on Saturday\, February 3rd to weave your very own bird roosting pockets and learn all about the winter adaptations of local birds. These mini-houses will provide your feathered friends with shelter from storms\, snow\, ice\, and bitterly cold temperatures. Open to children ages 5 to 12 (children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult; older children may be dropped off). $10 per child and $5 per sibling; members free.
