Come take a winter hike with our naturalist John Foley to participate in the annual Great Backyard Bird Count. This bird count is a worldwide event that takes place over four days in February each year! Those with minimal or no birding experience are welcome, as John will show us the basics of identifying birds by sight and sound. Remember to bring binoculars or a camera equipped with a long telephoto lens. We’ll meet in the visitors’ parking area by the main entrance.
