Pollinator Power

May 5, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 10:30 am

With the flowers and trees finally starting to bloom, pollinators like bees, butterflies, and beetles are getting to work! Pollinators like these are essential to the functioning of our ecosystems and agricultural system, but they are currently under threat all over the world. In this virtual class, we will identify key pollinators, explore pollinator-plant relationships, and learn what we can do to protect them. The program is most suitable for children ages 6 to 10, but younger and older children (and parents) are more than welcome to participate.  Please email our education coordinator Maggie for more details and to register. Free for members and non-members.
