Cancellations/Refunds: 

• Please contact us as soon as you know your child can no longer attend so the space can be made available for other children
• The amount refunded will depend on the number of days prior to the start of a camp session a request is made
• If your child cannot attend due to illness and can provide a doctor’s note then you may chose either a 90% refund or may chose to take a credit good for one camp week for the 2025 or 2026 camp season. If the camper has already started a week of camp then the refund will be prorated.

• In the event we must close due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather (high heat index, tropical storms/hurricanes, etc.), power outages, fire, epidemics, or government action, refunds will not be issued.
