Join us for a starry introduction to astronomy from the Litchfield Hills Amateur Astronomy Club. They’ll tell us all about “how the sky works” and then take us out for some planet- and star-gazing with their high-power telescopes. No prior knowledge of astronomy is required – just curiosity. If you have your own telescope or binoculars, you are welcome (encouraged) to bring them. Free for members; a suggested donation of $5 per person for non-members is greatly appreciated.
