Pollinator Walk & Talk

August 23 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Join insect expert, Ben Lee, for a special walk & talk program all about pollinators! We’ll talk about population declines in many ecologically and economically important species of pollinators, the vital roles they play in ecosystem function and agriculture, and how you can help them. Ben will lead us around Great Hollow’s grounds and pollinator garden to look for and identify pollinating insects, talk about the best plants for supporting pollinators, and advise on how you can landscape around your home to provide high-quality pollinator habitat. Please email Ben at to register. Free for members and non-members. Children are welcome but must be attended by a parent/guardian.
