They say nature is red in tooth and claw… for good reason! Let your kids spend their day off from school at Great Hollow, learning all about nature’s awesome predators and their prey. Though hands-on activities and games, we’ll examine the adaptations that predators and prey use against one another and how they escalate over time in what’s known as an “arms race.” We’ll also talk about important plants and animals that make up the food webs within Great Hollow’s ecosystems.

Open to children ages 5 to 10.

Payment will be accepted by cash or check at the time of drop-off but you must register in advance.

Parents: This is a full day, drop-off program. Please provide a lunch, two snacks, plenty of water, and appropriate clothing and footwear for being outside most of the day.
