New Bridge Across Quaker Brook

Off
Great Hollow

If you’ve ever hiked along our Red or Orange Trails, you know that crossing the stream that divides them can sometimes be a tricky operation. Now you no longer need to hop across slippery stones or roll your pants up because we have constructed a safe and permanent foot bridge. The bridge is actually slightly off of our property, in the neighboring Michael Ciaiola Conservation Area because that spot afforded the most suitable conditions for a bridge crossing. To find it, all you need to do when you come to the end of our Red or Orange Trails is follow the stream up about 150 feet and there it will be. Happy hiking!
