Maple syrup season has arrived! Join us for this hands-on program led by our naturalist and CT Master Woodland Manager Ben Lee. We’ll begin in the lecture room with a short presentation on the science behind the syrup. Participants will then learn how to identify sugar maples as well as proper tapping and collection techniques.
